Tenants, especially professionals and students, are at stake due to the coronavirus pandemic. They can’t travel back to their hometown due to countrywide lockdown. And as several businesses being closed, they can’t pay rent due to layoffs and salary cuts.
The situation is grim – amid this unprecedented time, tenants need some sort of assistance. To safeguard them, Government bodies have joined hands to create a fund to financially assist tenants.
